Spring has arrived , which it means that summer will be here in a wink ! Yes ,I am panicking about my body shape , and yes I am looking for something new and fun to practice some exercise. As you know I am not made for gym and gym is not made for me , repetitions are meant for people with much more willpower than me , that’s for sure!
I have always been a fan of outdoor activities , running , skating , playing , swimming , everything that can be made under the sun ..
So while I was spending half of my day online ,looking for some fun alternatives to boring gym activities , I found out about gymnastic airmats … and boom !fitness finally became an option! I am not kidding ,I can’t stop picturing me jumping everywhere on a colorful air track .
You can use it at home , but also in the park , whatever you enjoy it the most !
Thanks to the large central band 10 cm wide and 2.5 mm thick, each aspirant gymnast can “feel” the edge of the beam, allowing you to focus on the technique and landings. The total width is around 40 cm, which is wide enough to land without the risk of ankle sprains. It is also very easy to inflate and deflate, which is I pretty important I think!
I have been looking and pricing an air tracks for a while and I found the perfect deal on wholesale air track . My search finally lead me to this amazing company! Each interaction I had with wholesaleairtrack.com was polite, prompt, and informative.
I think this could be the perfect outdoor activity for a family that owns a garden , kids loves jumping around even more than me! You can leave it up for parties and holds up nicely with 15 kids playing on it!
I think this is the perfect gift for kids actually , because it also gives you the chance of having a lot of fun while exercising .
HOW TO INFLATE AND DEFLATE THE AIR TRACK
INFLATE – Open the valve, press the valve core then turn right until the spring in it is up. Then connect the pump with the mat tightly, then begin to inflate the mat until the needle of pressure gauge on the pump point about 5 psi or high. It’s OK and enjoy your bouncing and tumbling.
DEFLATE – press down the valve core, it will deflate, which takes about 2-3 minutes.
